A product of an orcish father who crippled his human mother, Winter was raised by his human step-father as his own son. After his mother died when he was a teenager, his father revealed to him his origins, and he swore to bring Justice to the land in the name of Tyr. Now he wanders the lands upholding Tyr's law where others cannot or will not obey it.
